As from April 2015, Etzio will be under the new management of Claudio and Jo Murru.
Claudio is happy to return to Etzio and make his own mark, having held the position of head chef from 2005/09. He hails from Rome, and has a wealth of experience in the industry spanning 30 years.
His wife Jo is qualified in restaurant management, and looks forward to working in front of house again, having worked more recently as an artist, whilst bringing up their son Romolo.
Claudio says “Our menu’s will celebrate the natural rhythms of nature, so they change accordingly through the seasons. Our philosophy is to create delicious food, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
We will aim for our customers to leave with a happy mind and a happy belly!!”
